As a Vice President with the Weichert Commercial Brokerage, Eric Hill is responsible for overseeing the growth of supply chain consulting services, logistics, and corporate real estate services in Central and Northern New Jersey. As a ten year veteran of the industrial and commercial real estate business, Eric Hill has extensive experience on both the tenant and building agency sides of the business.

As a partner in the ownership of W.P. Realty, Plaza 23, LLC and Court Square Plaza, LLC, he is responsible for property management and tenant services of more than 850,000 sq. ft. of office and industrial space throughout Sussex and Morris Counties.

As a salesperson, Eric Hill has completed more than five million sq. ft. of sales and lease transactions. Such transactions include the sale of 1.2 million sq. ft. in Leesport, Penn., to Ashley Furniture; sold 210,000 sq. ft. industrial/investment property in South Brunswick, N.J., to Rreef; sold 140,000 sq. ft. in South Brunswick for Rexam/ American Can; leased 110,000 sq. ft. in Edison, N.J., to United Natural Foods; leased 110,000 to International Food Source in Dover, NJ; leased 89,000 sq. ft. to GMB North America in South Brunswick, N.J..; 120,000 sq. ft. to Tronex Healthcare Products in Parsippany, N.J.
