After 28 years as a successful business executive and entrepreneur Don Norkus has proven that he has the outstanding ability to succeed. Starting with one store, he built and operated his own fleet of multi-unit retail centers with earnings of more than $125 million in sales annually. It did not happen overnight, and Don had to face many of the same challenges and obstacles that most business owners do on a daily basis.

In his newly chosen profession as a business coach he brings to the table not only his extensive experience, but talents in management, acquisition, negotiation, business-building and financial development that grew his business from a single store to a thriving mixed-retail chain.

His clients are a diverse cross-section of the business community, and Don brings to each a unique plan for identifying the causes behind lack of success and developing strategies to overcome them. At the same time he assesses the financial viability of potential acquisitions, and develop strategic initiatives for future growth and marketing strategies.

His passion for the game of business is evident in his own success and the success of those he coaches. At the same time he appreciates and values the pleasures that running a business the correct way has afforded him. Time with his wife, children and grandchildren, as well as on the tennis court or ski slopes are the rewards for creating a prosperous and well-run business.
